Water Cooled Sealing Flange for 50mm dia. Processing Tube / tube furnace flange 

Description of the water cooled sealing flange:

This is a pair of sealing flange with SS water cool tubing & valve for OD 50 +/- 1.0 mm diameter processing tube. If you can not use a ceramic block in two ends of the tube, you have to use the SS water cool tubing to keep flanges cool (otherwise, silicone o-ring may get damaged).

Features of the water cooled sealing flange:

• Made of Stainless Steel with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on the flange.
• Stainless steel needle valve with 1/4" pipe adaptor.
• 12mm push fitting for water pipes.
• The assembly kit will seal one end of 50-52 mm diameter ceramic and quartz tube. Vacuum meter is installed on one side of the flange.
• Flange support.
