The CY-1200XVHP4 is designed for making dense compound materials under both vacuum & 
high pressure,and bounding multi-layer wafer together under a pressure up to 5 metric tons. 
It is integrated with split vertical tube furnace with a vacuum-sealed 4" quartz tube and 20T electric hydraulic press, as well as one sets of 0.5" ID graphite pressing die.The furnace can be heated up to 1100ºC using a temperature controller with 30 programmable segments. Water cooled flanges facilitates a vacuum level up to 10E^-5 torr via use of a turbo molecular pump.

High Temperature Pressing Die Set  (Optional)	Two graphite supporting rods are built in. 1.One set of 0.5" ID  graphite die are included for immediate use.    2.The high temperature die kit is usually made of high purity graphite with max.  working pressure of 50 MPa 3.The graphite pressing die gets broken easily and is consumable 4.Mica spacers are used to adjust the height of die sets  The ID( inner diameter ) of the die set must be taken into consideration  when using the hydraulic press to compress the sample. For example,  the graphite die set with an ID of 0.5" can only withstand a maximum  pressure around ~0.6 Metric Ton from the press to maintain its  structural integrity.
