Instrument introduction of Thermal conductivity meter :
According to the different hot-wire construction and executive standard, the unsteady thermal conductivity test can be divided into cross hot-wire and parallel hot-wire. The test temperature is room temperature ~ 1250 ºC, and the carbon material is room temperature ~ 800 ºC. Rxd-04t is based on rxd-03 and adopts a number of patented technologies. Its testing scope is extended to almost all refractories, including refractory bulk materials and shaped and amorphous solid materials such as magnesia carbon bricks, aluminum carbon bricks, silicon carbide products and carbon bricks.

It is used to test the thermal conductivity of various non carbon refractories. The equipment meets the test standards of GB / t5990 and iso8894:1990.

1.The bottom sample feeding mode is adopted for sample loading, and the inverter circuit is adopted for the main heating system, which has the functions of current limiting, short circuit protection and break couple detection;
2.Adopt imported ultra-high precision digital signal acquisition transmitter;
3.Ultra-high precision hot-wire power stability control measurement system, the control accuracy of hot-wire power reaches 0.1%;
4.Based on the windows system, the control software can continuously draw the curve of hot-wire current, voltage, power and temperature rise. The test data can be generated into database files, which can be read and analyzed by the third-party software.
