High-voltage electrospinning machine Introduction:
The high-voltage electrospinning machine produced by our company is a device for preparing ultra-fine fibers based on electrospinning technology by using polymer solution or melt to spray in a strong electric field. It is mainly composed of four parts: liquid supply device, spinning head, high voltage power supply and collecting device.
The liquid supply device adopts a professional scientific research syringe pump, which can provide continuous and stable flow of liquid, and the liquid supply speed can be adjusted to meet the needs of different types of spinning solutions.
The spinning head has multiple nozzles and the number of nozzles is optional. The bracket can be adjusted to obtain the best spinning distance and non-woven fabric with different width. The high-voltage power supply can provide long-term stable electric field and the electric field strength for electrospinning is 0-50kV.
Equipped with three sets of collecting devices, including a set of six sizes of mandrel collectors for electrospinning; a plate collector for nanofiber collection; and a set of XY-axis movable plate collectors for the preparation of film.
Compared with the traditional laboratory electrospinning equipment, the whole set of instruments has more outstanding integrity, controllability and consistency, and is safe, efficient and highly integrated.
It can be used in the spinning of a variety of natural or artificial polymeric materials. The films and nanofiber prepared can be used for research and production in various fields such as filtration separation, biomedicine, new energy, and electronic information.
