16 Channels Tube Furnace (1'' O.D, 1100C Max.) for High Throughput Annealing & Quenching Research
CY-1100X-MGI-16 is a 16-channel tube furnace for high throughput heat treatments and quenching of alloy and ceramic materials up to 1100C. Each heating module has individual temperature control and gas intake for simultaneous processing of different materials. It is an excellent tool for researching the phase diagram of new generation MGI materials.
 

Furnace Features	Furnace consists 16 small tube heating modules with quartz tube 25 OD x 20 ID x 200 L mm  Each heating module 's temperature is controlled independently up to 1100C KF25 Quick Disconnect Vacuum flange is installed to each quartz tube which allows heat treatment under vacuum or gas conditions. Two working positions - Horizontal Heat Treatment and Vertical Quenching.With a rotatable frame and quenching liquid tank at the bottom, the furnace can be used for vertical quenching purposes. Simply rotate the furnace modules to its vertical  position and pull the spring loading fixture on the flange to release the sample.

Vacuum Flanges	KF25 Quick Disconnect Vacuum flange with vacuum gauge and TC feedthrough is installed to each quartz tube which allows heat treatment under vacuum or gas conditions. KF25 quick clamp is also included.
