1500ºC vacuum sintering tube furnace uses high-quality carbon silicon rod as heating element, the maximum heating temperature is 1500ºC, and the diameter of the quartz furnace tube is 50 mm
1700ºC vacuum sintering tube furnace uses high-quality carbon silicon rod as heating element, the maximum heating temperature is 1700ºC, and the diameter of the quartz furnace tube is 50 mm.it is made of high purity alumina, and the high temperature resistance is superior.
