Audited Supplier CY-AFA-HC100 is a mini tape casting coater with the bottom vacuum chuck, which is heatable up to 150ºC, and it can match the scraper or four-sided film applicator to realize the platform coating process of various micro coating materials. This equipment is designed for the fixed thickness and extra thin polymer coating or conductive ceramic film on various substrates. It is small enough to put into glove-box through its air-lock chamber and can be used in Ar gas, especially suitable for the R&D of micro materials in universities and research institutes
