Three Heating Zone High Pressure and High Vacuum Tube Furnace with Super-Alloy Tube upto 1100°C - OTF-1200X80-HPV-III
Introduction

OTF-1200X-HPV-III is a high pressure and high vacuum split tube furnace with three heating zones. Processing tube is made
of Ni based super
 alloy, which offer a solution of heating treatment under both high positive pressure and high vacuum pressure with/without inert gas support to process special compound material. The furnace can be heated up to max. 1100°C at 2.5 bar
( 900°C at 80 bar ).  Gas flowing system is
available upon request.

One pair of water cooling ring , made of copper tube , is installed on two ends of the tube ( > 10 liter / min water flow is required)
Positive Pressure Sensor One digital pressure gauge with over-pressure alarm is installed in high pressure flange
Pressure Measurement Range: 0~15Mpa

Center zone is heated up to 1000 °C
Side zones remains idle
