CY-MSK-AFA-L800BH is a Compact Tape Casting Coater with the heatable vacuum bed up to 120ºC and ventilation lid on the top to help exhaust gas. It is an excellent tool to make high-temperature polymer coating or conductive ceramic film on various substrates.
It is widely used in domestic and foreign university laboratories, research institutes and enterprise laboratories.

You need a vacuum mixer to remove air bubbles inside slurry and to make uniform coatings
You may need a Slurry Viscosity Tester to make coatings consistent
You may need a vacuum oven to dry the films and remove binder after coating.
Rolling pressing is necessary to ensure good density and adhesion of electrode materials to the substrate after coating. |
