Main structure of 1150ºC small hot pressing furnace:
(I) the furnace body is a vertical furnace shell, and its inner and outer layers are all made of stainless steel. The jacket formed between the two layers can take away the heat transferred to the furnace shell through cooling water, so that the furnace wall temperature does not exceed 35 ºC, and its upper and lower flanges are welded as a whole. There are infrared temperature measurement holes (with protective atmosphere vent) in the middle, thermocouple temperature measurement holes, suction holes and observation holes, platinum rhodium thermocouple with automatic exit device when temperature reaches, infrared temperature measurement observation holes with glass air blowing and anti fog device, and observation holes used by operators are equipped with baffles.
(II) on the furnace body is the furnace cover, which is composed of internal and external heads and flanges. The middle water-cooled furnace cover is hung on the opening and closing mechanism. The handle on the plate driven starting mechanism can lift the furnace cover for 10-15mm. The furnace cover is equipped with a pressure head, a pressure sensor, an exhaust diaphragm valve and a furnace cover locking device.
(III) furnace bottom part: it is also composed of internal and external heads and flanges, water-cooled in the middle, fixed at the bottom of the furnace body, with electrode introduction, downhead intake diaphragm valve, etc., and equipped with adjustable height displacement sensor.
(IV) the furnace frame is composed of upper beam, furnace frame, bottom and column, which are used as upper and lower pressure head supports.
(V) graphite is used as heating element in the furnace, graphite felt and graphite cylinder are used as heat insulation screen, and high-strength graphite is used as upper and lower pressure heads.
(VI) the hydraulic pressure is automatically adjusted by electric input mode, equipped with hydraulic lock, steering valve and other related devices, and the pressure and displacement are all in digital display mode. Can also be upgraded to servo hydraulic control, or electric servo control, position, pressure more accurate and more stable, cost-effective.
(VII) the vacuum system of electric furnace adopts drp-48 direct connected pump and K-200 oil diffusion pump,. The vacuum measurement is a composite vacuum gauge. The vacuum system is also equipped with vent valve and inflation valve, and the vacuum connecting hose is stainless steel metal hose. With communication function, it can be directly displayed and recorded on the touch screen upper computer.
(VIII) the electric furnace control cabinet adopts Siemens standard type, the power control adopts silicon controlled voltage regulator + large current transformer, and the temperature control adopts two digital display intelligent program controllers. The temperature sensor adopts platinum rhodium thermocouple and infrared radiation thermometer. The electrical control system is equipped with the functions of water loss of pressure, overcurrent and other classified alarms and cut off the heating power supply. The company has a high-end fully automatic integrated touch machine with embedded touch for users to choose from. Users only need to set all parameters in advance, and the rest are automatically completed by the equipment, and can be remotely diagnosed by our technical personnel in case of failure
