Introduction
EQ-SKCH is a simple, cost-effective, and precision device for measuring the thickness of crystal wafer and any sample
during lapping and polishing, also can be used for measuring thermal expansion of the solid-state battery. The fixture consists
of a precision granite flat plate and precision dial or digital micrometer with a resolution of 0.001 mm.
