I. Product introduction:

High-pressure tanks and hydrothermal synthesis reactors are used to rapidly digest insoluble materials by using strong acid or alkali and high temperature and high pressure in an enclosed environment. It is a useful assistant to digest samples when determining trace elements and traces of playmakers.

4,Operation method:
1. Pour the reactants into the PTFE liner and ensure that the feed coefficient is less than 0.8;
2.To ensure that the position of the gasket under the kettle body (protruding face down), and then into the PTFE liner and pad Sheet, first tighten the lid of the kettle, and then use the screw to tighten the kettle cover;
3. Place the hydrothermal synthesis reactor in the heater and raise it to the required reaction temperature according to the specified heating rate (less than the specified safe use temperature);
4. When it is confirmed that the temperature in the reactor is lower than the boiling point of the solvent in the reactant system, the kettle lid can be opened for subsequent operations.
When the reaction is completed and it is cooled down, it must also be operated strictly in accordance with the specified cooling rate in order to facilitate security and countermeasures.

5. After confirming that the temperature in the reactor is lower than the boiling point of the solvent in the reactant system, first loosen the lid with a screw, then open the lid of the kettle;
6. Clean it in time after use to avoid rust.
We should pay special attention to the cleaning of the sealing line of the kettle lid line and prevent it from damaging.
