CY-UAM6000 Ultrasonic Spraying Machine
The CY-UAM6000 ultrasonic spraying machine uses ultrasonic high-frequency oscillation to atomize the liquid into uniform micron fruit particles. Compared with the traditional nozzle, the ultrasonic nozzle can obtain uniform, thin and controllable film spraying and spray pyrolysis, and it is not easy to block the nozzle. Since the ultrasonic nozzle requires a small amount of gas of kPa, the paint utilization rate is 95%. Ultrasonic spraying machines are being applied to thin film solar cells, fuel cells, semiconductor photoresists, electronic sensors, PCB aids, non-woven functional coatings, glass coatings and other film preparation. The UAM6000 ultrasonic sprayer combines new spray and control techniques to design spray heads and custom complete ultrasonic spray equipment for customers based on treatment, spray granules, spray volume and other process requirements.

High frequency ultrasonic spraying characteristics
• Compared to low-frequency nozzles, droplets produced by high-frequency vibrations are relatively fine, penetrating and adherent, and can be evenly attached to the object being sprayed.
