Brief Introduction
This is a pair of sealing flange with SS water cool tubing & valve for O.D 40mm / 42mm diameter processing tube. If you cannot use a ceramic block in two ends of the tube, you must use the water cool tubing to keep flange cool

• Made of Stainless Steel with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on each flange.
• On one end the flange has a vacuum meter with valve attached, and on the other end has only valve.
• Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue.
• 1/4" hose connector in the both of ends.
• 1/4" in diameter vacuum sealing assembly will connect with 1/4" rubber hose.
• Designed for CYKY CY-O1200X-80 tube furnace.
• Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz and steel pipe.
• The assembly kit will seal 80 - 82 mm diameter (3-1/8 ~~ 3-1/4" dia) of quartz tube.
• Vacuum level: 10-5 torr by molecular pump and 10-2 torr by mechanical pump
