Introduction of Vacuum Rapid Heated Pressing Furnace:
This equipment is a vacuum rapid hot-pressing furnace (VRHP), which is specially designed for 
preparing dense composite materials by rapid hot-pressing in a vacuum (or atmosphere protection) environment. 25KW induction heating power supply can quickly heat graphite molds and samples. The highest temperature can reach 1600 ºC. The induction heating coil and graphite molds are inside the stainless steel vacuum cavity. The graphite molds are pressed by a press with a maximum pressure of 20T .
This equipment can heat up quickly and accurately control the temperature. It is also equipped with a special composite mold, which is easy to demold and does not damage the sample. The sintering process is simple, the sintering time is short, and it is easy to form. It has the effects of rapid sintering and activated sintering. It is an ideal method for molding and sintering thermoelectric materials
