CY-AFA-HC100 is a mini tape casting coater with the bottom vacuum chuck, which is heatable up to 150ºC, and it can match the scraper or four-sided film applicator to realize the platform coating process of various micro coating materials. This equipment is designed for the fixed thickness and extra thin polymer coating or conductive ceramic film on various substrates. It is small enough to put into glove-box through its air-lock chamber and can be used in Ar gas, especially suitable for the R&D of micro materials in universities and research institutes
Features
1. Mini platform coating, electric drive, four-sided film applicator to achieve coating function;
2. Standard equipped KTQ-80F scraper for fixed thickness and high-precision coating, optional four-sided film applicator;
3. Equipped with vacuum pump, the platform is designed with micro-size holes, no wrinkles and deformation of substrate adsorption;
4. Heatable magnesium-aluminum alloy platform with self-heating and drying function;
5. A waste plate for extra slurry is included, protective cover to protect the platform;
6. This coater is compact which can be used in the glove box, UL standard components;
