Introduction of 2100 ºC vacuum tungsten furnace:
Vacuum tungsten wire furnace is a vacuum resistance furnace using tungsten wire or tungsten mesh as heating element. It can be used for sintering products of metal compounds, ceramics, inorganic compounds in vacuum or protective atmosphere, and also for heat treatment of metal materials. It is mainly used for high temperature sintering of capacitor, tantalum and other metals, alloy materials composed of refractory metals, ceramic materials silicon carbide and silicon nitride, and also for high temperature heat treatment of metal materials under high vacuum or degassing treatment of precious metal materials.

The structure design of the equipment is advanced and reasonable, the furnace body is made of all stainless steel, and the surface is polished or brushed, beautiful and generous;
All electrical components are of well-known brands at home and abroad, fully automatic program control, control system software developed by our company, human-machine interface operation system, friendly picture, simple operation, fast corresponding speed, real-time monitoring of furnace conditions, stable and reliable system
Main structure of 2100 ºC vacuum tungsten furnace:
1. Furnace body: double-layer 304 stainless steel water-cooled structure, and precision polished, which is conducive to shortening the air extraction time and easy to clean;
2. Furnace cover: double-layer water-cooled structure, with 304 inner and outer walls and precision polishing treatment, and cooling water in the middle.
3. Heating, heat preservation and temperature measurement system: the heater adopts an energy-saving tungsten mesh structure, which is connected with the water-cooled electrode, and the three-phase power supply of the furnace control system is connected to the three outgoing water-cooled electrodes with copper plates after the transformer is depressurized, forming a control circuit with low power consumption and new structure. The heat preservation and insulation screens around, at the top and bottom of the furnace are made of tungsten, molybdenum and stainless steel supports, which are processed into a whole heat preservation and insulation system. The temperature measurement adopts thermocouple and dual colorimetric infrared thermometer and realizes automatic switching. The temperature is controlled by thyristor. It is equipped with PID function instrument, digital display meter and overtemperature acousto-optic alarm function. PLC touch screen can also be used for automatic control, and historical data can be retained for easy analysis of sintering process.
4. Vacuum system: it is composed of molecular pump, mechanical pump distribution magnetic differential pressure valve (to prevent sudden power failure and mechanical pump oil pouring), inflation valve, vent valve, vacuum butterfly valve, vacuum pressure gauge (± PA) bellows, vacuum pipeline and bracket, etc.
5. Inflation system: it is composed of various pipes and valves, and equipped with electromagnetic vent valve and pressure sensor. When the pressure in the furnace is higher than the safety value, it will automatically deflate. The inflation pipe is equipped with needle valve, which can control the inflation amount, and is used for the atmosphere requirements of argon and nitrogen charging required by sintering process;
6. Water cooling system: it is composed of various valve and pipeline related devices and is equipped with water cut-off sound and light alarm to automatically cut off the heating source or function.
7. Gas filling device: mainly composed of gas filling valve, flowmeter, gas filling pipeline, etc., which is used for the atmosphere requirements of argon and nitrogen filling required by smelting process;
8. Control system: it is composed of PLC, temperature controller, vacuum gauge, voltage ammeter, DC regulated power supply, air switch, contactor, relay, button, indicator light, etc. to realize power supply, control, record, monitoring, alarm protection functions.
