Manual Disc & Ring Cutter Set for Metallic Foil up to 1.29mm Thick ( Optional Metric or Imperial 10 pcs die) - MSK-T-09-LD
MSK-T-09 this high-quality disc cutter set features tools made of hardened and tempered, shock-resistant tool steel with precision-ground surfaces. It is designed for cutting round discs and rings from metal sheet up to 1.29 mm thickness (such as Cu and Al). Spring-loaded die plate allows you to easily open and close according to the thickness being punched. 

This set includes a cutter tool, 10 dies and a strong rubber base (5-7/8" Dia) that conveniently holds the cutter, dies and an Allen wrench. 

SPECIFICATIONS:

Center-Positioning Dies	A set of positioning dies are included for your to cut out the metal rings.
Cutting Thickness	This disc cutter is suitable for punching  soft gold, silver, copper and brass in thicknesses up to 1.29mm. Note:  It is not suitable for cutting thin electrode sheets or plastic film, such as the separator of battery
Warranty	One year limited manufacturer warranty with lifetime support (*Rusted and damaged parts due to improper storage condition or maintenance are not covered by warranty)
Application Notes	It is suggested to use a urethane square (1/16" thick, 95 durometer, not included) under the cutters as a support as you cut; the urethane absorbs the energy of the hammer blow, protecting the cutters and the work surface and ensuring a clean, sharp cut.
