Ni-Based Super-alloy High Pressure Hydro-thermal Reactor 1100C, Optional Volume 65ml & 100ml
 
RC-Ni is reactor made of Ni-Base Super-alloy, which has excellent creep strength and anti-oxidation. It can reach 1100 °C with a pressure up to 4Mpa under oxygen or inert gased. It is an ideal tool for preparing advanced material by hydro-thermal method, especially heat treat sample under high oxygen pressure. A solenoid valve is installed on the flange allows auto-pressure relief control. Temp. Control and Pressure Real-time Monitoring software is also included.

Warning: For your safety, the high pressure vessel and furnace must be placed inside an 
explosive-proof box or case during using under high pressure. Never face on top flange without
protection to avoid accident.

Pressure Monitoring 
and Relief
Precision high pressure sensor (measurement Range upto 250 bar) installed on pressure vessel.
Pressure monitor can display pressure in Bar. It also allows user to define the high pressure alarm 
set point.

When pressure reaches the alarm set point (Max.15Mpa), pressure inside the
Vesselwill be released via the solenoid valve installed on the flange. For Max.pressure >15 Mpa,
 please shut off the manual needle valve nearby the solenoid valve.)
Accessories SS316 needle valve with 1/4 pipe connector & Pressure gauge included
Two Copper Gasket 48mm O.D are included, which is consumables
