CY-1100X-MGI-16 is a 16-channel tube furnace designed for sintering, annealing and quenching of high-throughput samples, with a maximum temperature of 1100ºC. Each heating module is controlled by an independent temperature control system, and each furnace tube is sealed with a vacuum flange, which can heat treat the samples in a vacuum or atmosphere protection environment.
