Product Description

Desktop Nano-fiber Electrospinning Unit with 2 Collectors and Heater & Humidity Monitor - is one desktop and economic electrospinning system for the nano-fiber material research.
The system consistents of 30KV high voltage power source, two fiber collectors and temperature & humidity controlled fume hood.
It is an excellent tool for producing the ultrafine fiber with a diameter of 20 - 1000 nm. 
 
Features Applied Materials: Biopolymer, Macromolecule, Prepolymer Nano-fibers, etc.
Touch panel or software control of various features like mandrel rotating speed, duration, syringe pump flow rate, X-Y plate stage speed, etc.
Rotating mandrel target collector and the stationary X-Y plate target collector are provided with the system.
Desktop fume hood has features like the halogen light heating and venting port on top , huminidy display and the transparent door for monitoring the electrospinning process
