Details:

This product is a vacuum induction furnace, using induction heating, equipment melting temperature can reach 1600ºC. Stainless steel water-cooled chamber, equipped with quartz observation window to observe sample melting, suitable for metal sample melting and heat treatment, phase diagram research. Equipment adopts  medium frequency induction power supply, the maximum support custom 60KW high frequency induction power supply. The equipment is equipped with high vacuum
molecular pump set, which can effectively improve the vacuum degree of the base, and  then improve the melting quality. The equipment is also equipped with lifting platform and turning handle, which is convenient for the operator to carryout the casting and sampling operation after melting.

The equipment has comprehensive functions, fast melting, easy to use, energy saving and environmental protection, and is very suitable for laboratory metal sample research.
