Main structure of Vacuum hydrogen furnace:
The main structure of the hydrogen furnace includes furnace chamber, lifting system, hydrogen nitrogen system, cooling water system, electric regulator, electric control system, etc. The furnace chamber is composed of upper furnace cover, furnace body and water-cooled bottom plate. Hydrogen and nitrogen system: manual valve, pressure sensor, flowmeter and pressure gauge, wet hydrogen device, etc. The hydrogen inlet is equipped with a pressure gauge. All the pipes are made of high quality stainless steel, and the connection head is made of stainless steel double ferrule to ensure the sealing and safety.
Gas system: when working, first vacuum the furnace body to remove the atmosphere, and then directly fill the furnace with hydrogen. When the hydrogen reaches the positive pressure, open the gas valve to burn the waste hydrogen at the exhaust port until the temperature rises, the heat preservation and the end. When the natural temperature drops below 400 ºC, close the hydrogen valve and fill the furnace with nitrogen until the end of the work. The gas circuit system has insufficient hydrogen pressure. If the failure is not eliminated within the specified time, it will automatically close the hydrogen valve, open the nitrogen valve to fill the furnace with nitrogen and send an alarm signal. The exhaust port of furnace is equipped with ignition port and anti tempering device. When the furnace pressure is too high, the charging solenoid valve will close automatically, and will open automatically when the pressure drops to a certain value.
