The vacuum hot pressing sintering furnace is a combination of vacuum / atmosphere, hot pressing and high temperature sintering, which is suitable for the high temperature hot forming of new materials such as powder metallurgy and functional ceramics, such as the true air sintering of transparent ceramics, industrial ceramics and other metals as well as alloy materials composed of refractory metals, and the high temperature sintering of silicon carbide and silicon nitride.
It can also be used for the heat treatment of powder or compact at a temperature lower than the melting point of main components, with the purpose of improving its strength by metallurgical bonding between particles.

Main structure of 1650 ºC side opening vacuum molybdenum wire hot pressing furnace (30t):
Vacuum hot pressing furnace is mainly composed of furnace body, furnace door, heating and heat preservation and temperature measurement system, vacuum system, air charging system, water cooling system, control system, hydraulic system, etc.
1. Furnace body: double-layer 304 stainless steel water-cooled structure, and precision polished, which is conducive to shortening the air extraction time and easy to clean;
2. Furnace cover: double-layer water-cooled structure, with 304 inner and outer walls and precision polishing treatment, and cooling water in the middle.
3. Heating, heat preservation and temperature measurement system: molybdenum wire is used for heating, and aluminum oxide insulation column is used to form a cylindrical structure; the heat insulation screen is composed of six layers of heat insulation screen composed of one layer of stainless steel sheet on the outer layer of the inner layer of molybdenum sheet (five layers), and the material of the screen cover and the bottom of the screen is the same, and six layers are also used, featuring high cleanliness, fast heating and good air permeability. The upper and lower indenters are made of high-strength graphite. The temperature measurement adopts thermocouple and dual colorimetric infrared thermometer and realizes automatic switching. The temperature is controlled by thyristor. It is equipped with PID function instrument, digital display meter and overtemperature acousto-optic alarm function. PLC touch screen can also be used for automatic control, and historical data can be retained for easy analysis of sintering process.
4. Vacuum system: it is composed of oil diffusion pump, roots pump, mechanical pump distribution magnetic differential pressure valve (to prevent sudden power failure and mechanical pump oil backflow), air release valve, vacuum butterfly valve, vacuum pressure gauge (± PA) bellows, vacuum pipeline and bracket, etc.
5. Inflation system: it is composed of various pipes and valves, and equipped with electromagnetic vent valve and pressure sensor. When the pressure in the furnace is higher than the safety value, it will automatically deflate. The inflation pipe is equipped with needle valve, which can control the inflation amount, and is used for the atmosphere requirements of argon and nitrogen charging required by sintering process;
6. Water cooling system: it is composed of various valve and pipeline related devices and equipped with water cut-off sound and light alarm, automatic cut-off heating source and other functions.
7. Gas charging device: mainly composed of gas charging valve, flow meter, gas charging pipeline, etc., which is used for the atmosphere requirements of argon and nitrogen charging required by sintering process;
8. Control system: it is composed of PLC, temperature controller, vacuum gauge, voltage ammeter, DC regulated power supply, air switch, contactor, relay, button, indicator light, etc. to realize power supply, control, record, monitoring, alarm protection functions.
9. Hydraulic system: adopt electric input mode. The hydraulic station is equipped with imported proportional valve, pressure sensor, displacement display, grating ruler (ranging accuracy 0.02mm), hydraulic cylinder and other related hydraulic devices. The pressure regulation is semi-automatic and can be manually adjusted. The instrument can be set to automatically adjust the pressure, and can realize stable and pressure maintaining.
