Product Description
MSK-EC-200 is a corona treatment machine that is mainly used for the pre-processing of various cast film substrates. This device adopts ceramic roller for discharging electrode, it is capable of processing the conductive materials such as copper foil, aluminum foil, and others. This device uses high-frequency and high-voltage electric power to generate corona discharge between the electrodes and produce low-temperature plasma, thereby modifying the polarization of the surface of the conductive foil. Such technique can improve the adhesion of the substrate as well as the coating quantity. It is widely used for materials modification, grafting, casting coating, ink printing and etc.
