CY-DWC-C202 circulating precision diamond wire cutting machine is an ideal tool for cutting fragile, brittle, small-volume and other materials. Diamond-embedded wire saws are particularly suitable for damage-free cutting of various types of crystals and substrates, such as ceramics, crystals, glass, metals, rocks, thermoelectric materials, infrared optical materials, composite materials, and biomedical materials.
CY-DWC-C202 cyclic precision diamond wire cutting machine is a single-line discontinuous cutting machine that uses gravity feed when cutting samples. The cutting speed of the sample is not only related to the rotation speed of the annular diamond wire but also to the weight. It depends on the size of the force, but the gravity cannot be too large, otherwise the desired cutting speed will not be achieved and the diamond wire will be damaged. The sample is manually fed every time the sample is cut, and the feeding amount of the sample is controlled by a micrometer. The position and rotation angle of the sample are controlled by a manual rotating stage.
