Vacuum Heated Pressing Furnace up to 1100ºC with 4"Quartz Tube and Water Cold Flange - OTF-1200X-VHP4   
 
The OTF-1200X-VHP4 is designed for making dense compound materials under both vacuum & high pressure, and/or bounding multi-layer wafer together under a pressure up to 5 metric tons.    It is integrated with  split vertical tube furnace with a vacuum-sealed 4" quartz tube and  40T electric hydraulic press, as well as one sets of 0.5" ID  graphite pressing die.   The furnace can be heated up to 1100ºC using a temperature controller with 30 programmable segments. Water cooled flanges facilitates a vacuum level up to 10E^-5 torr via use of a turbomolecular pump.
