Description of the tube flange / vacuum sealing assembly:

This is a pair of smart sealing assembly for tube vacuum furnace to tighten both ends of OD 80 mm tube without any welding and gluing.

• • Made of Stainless Steel with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on each flange.
  • On one end the flange has a vacuum meter with valve attached, and on the other end has only valve. 
  • Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue.
  • 1/4" hose connector in the both of ends.
  • 1/4" in diameter vacuum sealing assembly will connect with 1/4" rubber hose.
  • Designed for  tube furnace.
  • Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz and steel pipe.
  • The assembly kit will seal 80 - 82 mm diameter (3-1/8 ~~ 3-1/4" dia) of quartz tube.

• Vacuum level: 10-5 torr by molecular pump and 10-2 torr by mechanical pump
